Combat Cardio Fitness

Combat Cardio Fitness was designed to give the participant the ability to develop natural fighting skills obtained while performing drills based on the Filipino Martial Arts, South East Asian Silat, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This cardio intense one hour workout will get you in shape, keep you in shape and give you the natural movements and skills for fighting. You will be fit to fight.

Our training drills are currently designed with Covid19 guidelines in place. We can train together at appropriate distances in all three levels of the cardio system.

Filipino Kali (Stick Work)
The movements taught with the sticks will give the participant natural boxing skills and develop handspeed and coordination.
Silat Bodyweight Workout
The southeast asian art of silat uses a person's natural ability to use one's own body weight to improve physical conditioning. The movements are also used in realistic fighting movements and will develop these skills naturally for the practitioner.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Live rolling in Jiu Jitsu is a very exhausting experience. This drill also develops your skillsets in Jiu Jitsu. You will learn all the basic movements, and submissions necessary to roll effectively. Real skills learned while cardio healthy.
